In Windows search the word 'cred'
In the results click on 'Credential Manager'
Click on 'Windows Credentials'
Click 'Add a Windows credential'
For the Internet or network address type bbprint01 (If you already see a "print" credential, verify it is for BBPRINT01 then simply click on edit and change the password and save)
Username is your username (e.g. [email protected], this your windows user, not XT)
Password is your Windows password (8 chars, upper case, lower case, number, the one that changes every 6 months) not your XT password
Hi OK
** There were issues with home users trying to access things like the file share (BBFS01) the printer server (BBPRINT). The issue was with their credentials. Seems the credentials defaulted to their VPN username and password, rather than their Windows username and password. They would get an error that their credentials are wrong.
That's it- you can close credential manager now.
