How to Setup MFA for Bartlett Email on Phone

 

First, you need to download Microsoft Authenticator from either the app store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).

 

Once you have installed the app, you can continue.

Open Bartlett email, you should be prompted to sign into your account, click sign-in

 

Enter your Windows password (NOT XT)

 

 

Click Next

 

Click the link to pair your account to the app

 

When prompted for notifications click Allow

 

Click Open Authenticator

 

 

Click Next

 

You will briefly see a number, take note of it, then type into the box that appears, then hit Yes

(If you missed the number click I can’t see the number)

 

Once you get a successful message, you are done, click the Done button
