You will receive an email on Sunday night prompting you to change your password.  It will look like this:

 

 

You may enter any password on the screen below but we encourage at least 8 characters:

 

 

Your screen will default to showing you the last 2 days of QUARANTINED messages.  You can use the pulldowns to change the number of days or the “message filter”. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If you select “All” from the pulldown, you will see all emails sent to you:

 

Reason = “Sender Policies” means that you or IT has blocked the email.  

If you click on ADVANCED SEARCH you can search by all the fields below, some with pulldowns.  Popular searches are “subject” and “from”.

 

 

Before delivering ANY email from Barracuda you must submit a helpdesk ticket so that  we may investigate WHY the email was caught in spam (may seem legit to the end user, when in reality it is a spoofed email address or has a virus attached).  IT will, at that time, whitelist or block the email address.
