How to send Encrypted Emails

We have the capability to send secure (encrypted) emails now by typing “secure:” in the subject line.  Anything can be entered after the colon but it must say SECURE: on the subject line for it to be encrypted.  It doesn’t work internally but can be tested by sending to personal email address.
