In FedEx Ship Manager select Customize>System Settings

Select the FedEx Customer Admin tab

Make sure the boxes for Use Domestic List Rates and Use International List Rates are checked

(If they are not checked, tick one box at a time- you will get a message popup that download is complete, then you can tick the nest box)

Click OK when you are done

Go to Customize > Shipping Profiles

Select Default Domestic Shipping Profile, then click the View/Edit button

 

 

Click the FedEx Express Preferences tab

Click the Doc tab configuration button

 

 

 

On the Package doc tab configuration make sure the 4 fields in the right column are as follows:

• Net Chg- List Net Charge
• Gross Chg- List Gross Charge
• Handling- Handling Charge
• Total Chg- List Total Customer Charge

On the Total doc tab configuration make sure the Print totals doc tab checkbox is ticked, and the 4 fields in the right column are as follows:

• Net Chg- List Net Charge
• Gross Chg- List Gross Charge
• Handling- Handling Charge
• Total Chg- List Total Customer Charge

When you are done click the OK button.
