In Google Chrome select your menu (the three dots in the top right corner), then go to History> History.

On the left side click clear browsing data

A pop up box will appear. Click on the advanced tab.
Change the time range to All time. Make sure all of the boxes EXCEPT passwords is checked. This will clear your cache and cookies while maintaining your saved passwords.
