HOW TO VIEW A REPORT FROM THE PRINT FILE

When working from home, you are not able to print reports from XT.  The following is how to view a report to work with it when you can’t print

In XT

Click on the two pages where the arrow is

You will get “Work with spool files”

Change the output queue to the print que that you want to get the report from and delete the user

Enter

Find the file you want

Right click on it

 Select view PDF

Report will show on your monitor

This can be done with any report that you want to look at.
