How to Disable Outlook Add-Ins

In Outlook Select File
Click Options
On the left side of the 'Outlook Options' dialog box click on Add-ins
At the bottom next to 'Manage: COM Add-ins' click Go...
Un-tick the check boxes next to unwanted Add-ins, then click OK
