How to join a TeamViewer QuickSupport session

• To initiate a QuickSupport session, an IT technician can either send an email containing a link or provide you with a session code. If you choose email, you’ll simply click the join session button in the message, then click launch application from the TeamViewer webpage. If you’d prefer the code, request the nine-digit session code from your technician, open the TeamViewer QuickSupport app, and enter your code.
