Cisco AnyConnect VPN Instructions

 

  1. AnyConnect should already be installed on your computer, it can be found by clicking the little arrow in the bottom right hand corner of your screen by the clock, then clicking on the Cisco secure client. If it's not in this menu, you can also find it by pressing the windows key, then clicking all apps in the top right. Then, scroll down until you find the Cisco folder. From this folder, open Cisco Secure Client. If you don’t have the client on your computer, please contact IT.

 

 

 

 

  1. Make sure you are not connected to a Bartlett WiFi network; this can be your home network, or if you’re in the office you can connect to a wireless hotspot through your phone.  You should now see the client in a small window in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen, you will see AnyConnect VPN with a drop-down menu, make sure Bartlett Data Center is selected from this menu then hit Connect. If Bartlett Data Center is not present in this drop-down menu, please contact IT.

 

 

  1. Upon hitting connect, AnyConnect will prompt you for your login credentials, use the same credentials you use to log on to your computer.
