KnowBe4 Mobile Instructions

If you receive a suspicious email on mobile. You can report it the same as on a PC.

HOWEVER, this will ONLY work on the Outlook mobile app. It will NOT work on the Android or Apple mail apps. If you do not have the Outlook app you can delete the email or go on a computer to report it there.

1. Open the email. (Do not click any links).

2. Click the 3 little dots under the time

3. Click the Phish Alert button.

4. Another screen will pop-up- click the blue Phish Alert button at the bottom
