Access Out of Office Settings in Outlook App

  1. Choose profile ID in upper left corner.

  1. Choose settings in the lower left corner.

  1. Choose Office 365.

  1. Choose Automatic Replies, then see steps 5 through 6 to turn ON Automatic Replies and steps 7 to turn OFF Automatic Replies.

  1. To turn ON automatic replies, press the toggle button into the on position.

  1. Update your inside organization and outside organization replies, then choose the check mark in the upper right corner to save. Turning on Automatic Replies is complete. Continue to step 7 to turn off Automatic Replies.

  1. To turn OFF automatic replies, press the toggle button into the off position, then choose the check mark in the upper right corner.
