Open File Explorer (you can click the file folder in your task bar)

On the left side navigation Right Click on This PC, choose Map network drive…
 

In the Drive drop-down select an open drive letter (usually Z or Y are ok, but any unassigned letter is fine)
In the folder field type the following: \\10.230.70.10\root\ACCOUNTING\PAYABLES
Make sure Reconnect and sign in and Connect using different credentials checkboxes are checked
Press Finish

The Enter network credentials dialog box will appear
Enter .\XT username.  Enter your XT password.  (ex: .\DAVKEL with XT password)
After that a second username and password dialog may appear. Again, use your as400/XT/DC1 username and password (ex: DAVKEL with XT password

After that you can access the payables folder from file explorer.
