Faxing through the system has been updated. Most of the changes are behind the scenes and will not impact anyone. You still send faxes the same way (i.e. check the fax box in order header, quote header etc…).
Below are the changes.
Changes customers will notice:
They will receive the same documents that other customers currently receive via email, i.e. pdf’s with Bartlett logo and formatting
The issue where faxed documents produce one page per line item will be resolved
Changes Bartlett users will notice:
You can now enter a fax number on the fly
You will receive a copy of the faxed pdf to your inbox- similar to what you get when emailing through the system
- The ‘To’ address will be the [email protected]
- There will be no Bartlett branding- email signatures, logos etc are not compatible with fax

You will also receive a fax status email- usually this will just be a notification that the fax was successfully sent
