• Pick up your phone and dial 2500.  Do not grab an outside line, just dial 2500. 
• When you hear the automated system press the * symbol and enter your mailbox number
• Enter your password then press #
• Press #4 for personal options then #1 to change your personal greeting.
• Select #1 for your primary greeting

“Hello, you’ve reached FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, TITLE OR DEPARTMENT at Bartlett Bearing Company. I’m sorry I couldn’t take your call, but if you could leave your name, number, and a brief message, I’ll be sure to call get back to you as soon as possible. Thanks, and have a great day.”
