Open File Explorer

In the address bar type \\bbprint01 then press enter.  You need to be within Bartlett's building to use this feature.  

This will display a list of all printers. Find your printer and double click on it.

A box with a progress bar will appear.

When the progress bar has finished, this means the printer is installed. The below box will then appear. You can close this box- you are finished; your printer has been installed.
